Quest NBS Conference Evening Networking and Awards Event sponsored by Myzone

The 8th Quest NBS Conference at Chesford Grange on 20 February hosted in partnership with CIMSPA included the annual Quest NBS awards presentations for 2017 at the Evening Networking and Awards Event.

The event sponsored by Myzone saw delegates, sponsors and speakers enjoy a couple of hours’ of networking time with friends and colleagues from across the sector along with an Awards Presentation for the winners including the Highest Scoring Mystery Visit which was awarded to Alfreton Leisure Centre and the Highest Scoring Facility Management Assessment won by Ferndown Leisure Centre, both operated by Places for People Leisure.

Oxford City Council won the gong for Highest Performing Active Communities Team at Assessment during 2017 whilst Phoenix Sports & Leisure Centre were awarded the NBS Award in Customer Satisfaction and Finsbury Leisure Centre accepted the NBS Award for Efficiency and Utilisation.

Awards were also presented to the facilities and teams who has achieved Outstanding in Quest Stretch, the highest accolade at assessment and the Organisations who had achieved the highest scores at assessment across their facilities.
